Q. Can we return a pair of shoes?
Yes, you can return your shoes for a full refund of their purchase price within 21 days of purchase. The shoes must be returned unworn and in the same condition as they were despatched. Please send the shoes back in their original packaging with the sales documentation as proof of purchase. For more details on our returns policy please go to our Returns Policy section.
Q. Can we bulk purchase from the Kids Shoe Company?
Yes you can, our Postal Charges section shows the cost of delivery for multiple purchases up to four pairs of childrens shoes. Q Can you explain the width fittings?
For boys and girls Clarks offer a choice of width fittings ranging from D to H. D is the narrowest fitting, E is a little wider and then F is the industry standard, fitting around 80% of children. G and H are the wider widths respectively.
Q. Will I receive a confirmation after placing an order?

Q. Can I have my shoes delivered to an address other than my home address?
Yes you can. Once your account details have been verified you will be given the option of having your shoes sent to your billing address or another address of your choice.
Q. I have forgotten my password - how do I log in?
If you click the link in the top right hand corner to say you have lost your username or password, the next screen will ask you for the e-mail address that you registered with.
Once you have entered your e-mail address and it is correct, you will be sent an e-mail with a link to a page on the website and a token code.
Simply click the link and copy the token code into the box and click submit, you will be given the opportunity to reset your account details from here.
Q. I need my shoes for tomorrow, can this be arranged?
