Refund and Returns Policy

Here at The Kids Shoe Company we want you to be completely happy with your purchase.  If you are not entirely satisfied and would like to return your childrens shoes for any reason, our policy is very straight forward.

You can return or exchange any shoes bought from The Kids Shoe Company within 21 days of purchase.

The shoes must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the same condition as they were despatched.

The shoes must be returned in their original packaging with the Paypal payment slip or sales documentation as proof of purchase.

As soon as we receive the returned shoes in a satisfactory condition and within 21 days we will issue a refund of the cost of the goods less the postage charge.

Please note:

  • The refund does not include your cost of the original postage and packaging.
  • Until returned shoes reach us they are not our responsibility.  We therefore recommend that you send your package to us using a secure postal method or with proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post.
  • Except where the shoes you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the shoes to us is your responsibility.
  • This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

Returning Shoes
If you would like to return a pair of childrens shoes to us please take the following steps:

  1. Contact as at This e-mail address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it to let us know you would like to return the shoes.  We will then provide you with the returns postal details.
  2. Please put a copy of the Paypal payment slip or sales documentation in the box with the shoes you are returning.  Without this information we will not be able to process the refund.
  3. The shoes need to be returned in their original box and wrapped safely and securely.
  4. As you are responsible for the return postage costs we recommend you use a secure delivery service or obtain a proof of postage. If the product is faulty we will refund the cost of postage.

The above is in addition to your statutory rights, which remain unaffected, but we shall not be liable to you or any third party for any indirect or consequential loss or damage.

As soon as we receive the returned shoes in a satisfactory condition and within 21 days of purchase we will issue a refund of the cost of the goods less the postage charge.
