Payment Methods
We accept all major credit cards: Visa, Mastercard, Maestro and Delta via PayPal.
Postage Charges
Full details of all our postal rates are listed under the section Postal Charges.
Delivery Information
We would expect to despatch all orders within 1 working day. If for any reason there is a delay we will contact you and keep you updated with the progress of your order.

Lost Parcel Policy
We cannot accept responsibility for lost parcels.
All shoes are posted using Royal Mail first class delivery service for UK addresses or Royal Mail Airmail delivery service for overseas addresses. We will always obtain proof of postage for all deliveries.
In the rare event that a parcel does go missing, you will need to file a claim against the post office.
We will be happy to forward all proof of postage details to you to help with your claim.
We cannot be held responsible if details of your address on your Paypal account are out of date or inaccurate which results in a parcel being sent to the wrong address.
Returns and Refund Policy
You can return or exchange any shoes bought from The Kids Shoe Company within 21 days of purchase.
The childrens shoes must be returned unworn, undamaged and in the same condition as they were despatched.
The shoes must be returned in their original packaging with the Paypal payment slip or sales documentation as proof of purchase.
As soon as we receive the returned shoes in a satisfactory condition and within 21 days of purchase we will issue a refund of the purchase price. This will not include your postage costs.
Please note:
- The refund does not include your cost of the original postage and packaging
- Until returned shoes reach us they are not our responsibility. We therefore recommend that you send your package to us using a secure delivery service or proof of postage as we cannot be held responsible for packages lost or damaged in the post
- Except where the shoes you return are faulty or damaged, the cost of returning the shoes to us is your responsibility.
- This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer
- We will not refund postage on orders returned "Not Called For" by Royal Mail.
Privacy Policy
As an independent family run company we are committed to protecting your privacy and we do not share information with any one.
We will only collect information that you give at the time of ordering (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998).
Credit Card Security
For security, all credit card transactions are handled via a secure server and processed by PayPal. The Kids Shoe Company has no access to your credit or debit card details.

Sales Terms & Conditions
- We reserve the right to refuse/accept any order in whole or part · All orders are subject to availability.
- All descriptions and specifications are subject to change without notice. The Kids Shoe Company has made every effort to reproduce colours on the site as accurately as possible. However, exact colour matches are not possible over the internet and therefore actual colours may differ from what you see on screen. If you are not satisfied with the colour of the product you have received, we operate a returns policy.
- Children's shoes are not subject to VAT in the UK.
- The prices are subject to change without notice.
- Delivery will be made to the address specified in your payment. Delivery is made by Royal Mail. For delivery charges, please see our postal rates.
- Title in the goods shall not pass to you until we have received full monies owed by you. All risk of loss or damage shall pass to you upon delivery.
- The Kids Shoe Company reserves the right to alter these terms and conditions from time to time by posting new ones on this website. This does not affect your statutory rights.
- Please note that customers outside the EU may incur local taxes and import duties, which may involve slight delays. The customer is solely responsible for the payment of any of these additional charges that may be imposed.
